• As of March 28, 2008 the Colorado ACTRA board will implement the following guidelines to number ropers without an ACTRA classification; Ropers will be numbered 2 points less than their USTRC Triad number. If you do not have a triad number you will be issued a number based on the opinion of the either board of directors and/or arena operator.

• We will be holding elections this year for the Colorado ACTRA Chapter. This will be a two year term effective November 1, 2008 thru October 31, 2010. 

• If you are a current board of director and would like to run again or, if you would like to be added to the ballot you must be a current 2008 Colorado ACTRA member in good standing.  Please contact the Chapter Secretary no later than August 15, 2008 with your request.  You MUST be a current 2008 ACTRA member in good standing to vote.

• Board members will be responsible for the following: to attend monthly meetings, participate in numbering ropers, ballots and appeals, as well as helping to produce the Chapter Finals.  Failure to comply with these responsibilities will result in removal from the Colorado ACTRA Board Of Directors.  Should board a member resign or be removed, the remaining board members have the right to replace said board member/s with a replacement of their choosing, so long as that person  is a current Colorado ACTRA  member in good standing.
