The ACTRA National Scholarship Committee has received this thank you from Brooke Arnold of Laramie, Wyoming who has been a recipient of a college scholarship twice.  These scholarships are funded by donations, auctions and members.  The Scholarship Committee works very hard to help graduating seniors who have the desire to continue their education and each year the new recipients are named during the National Finals in Reno.
